This beach is located 10 km from the city of Masjid Tanah and 2 km from Terendak Camp. It is a famous picnic beach in the state of Melaka. The Coastal Control Tower of the Department of Civil Defense Malaysia (JPAM) a.k.a the Baywatch is also located here to help people who have an emergency while bathing at Tanjung Bidara Beach.
This popular beach is also equipped with various facilities such as parking, children's playground, prayer hall, food court, public toilets and bathrooms for the comfort of its visitors.
